About the work : Echoing his exhibition at the Musée du Touquet-Paris-Plage, Hom Nguyen wished to publish this lithograph titled “The Thread of Ariadne.” Inspired by Greek mythology, it refers to the labyrinth of the Minotaur, which Theseus defeats thanks to Ariadne’s thread, a symbol of life and hope. For the artist, this thread represents humanity’s struggle within the labyrinth of life.
